Introduction:
Welcome to CANON. Here, we provide e-materials that you would need for every course in law school along with tell tales of the blogger's personal experience at kano campus and views about Nigerian law School. Every blogpost has attached to it an e- material referred to as cookie. Mo's blog aims to prepare prospective law school students by providing the necesssary e-resources and providing words of encouragement. (trust me you will definitely need it at one point or the other)
EPISODE 1
Once again, welcome to Mo’s blog. I know how eager you probably are to start this new phase. Law school in all its entirety is a huge step in your life that you are about too take. So I suggest you calm down and enjoy the ride. I remember the first day I stepped into kano. I was indifferent. I was not happy and neither was I sad. Although I felt so bad. Why me? Most of my close friends were fortunate to be in other campuses but I was brought to kano campus. Little did I know that as heavens are higher than the earth so are his ways and thoughts higher than mine( Isaiah 55:9).
COOKIE: The basic laws you will require for criminal litigation amongst others includes; Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 (ACJA) and Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, 2011(ACJL). below are the soft copies of these laws;
